    Hi sugarbeeez

    In Internet Explorer,
Tools > Internet Options > General tab,
in the Temporary Internet Files section,
    click the Delete Files button.

If you are running WindowsXP or WindowsME and have System Restore enabled you may also need to turn off System Restore, Reboot and then create a new restore point.

    Let us know what happens.
