There is PC1 (Windows 7) and PC2 (Server 2008). Both PC's are connected to a local network. PC2 has WampServer installed on it, with my current website project files on it. How do I access that website that is on PC2 via a browser on PC1?

Just had to make sure as we are not allowed to assist with school assignments. :)

YOCS is correct that you would want to connect to: http://<ip address of PC2>/<folder name>/<file name> to see a webpage hosted on a locally connected computer.

So I tried your suggestions but keep getting this error message: "403 forbidden, you don't have permission to access /wordpress on this server".

That error message tells you that you're able to make a connection to that PC, you're just trying to connect to something different than what you think you are.

Either that, or your computer is expecting something different than what it is getting.

As it is permissions related, I suggest turning off your firewall for this setting (both on the PC you're trying to connect to and on the PC you're connecting from). I do not suggest turning off the firewall if you plan on browsing the web (or just turn it back on before doing so).
