How do I change the registered name in XP?

    When you click properties on My computer it says registered to..."xxx" I want to change that informantion. How do I do that? I cant seem to find anywhere where I can do that...Please help if it is possible...

    Be careful....!!!!! Open the registry editor and look for the following key.

    Just change the name in this key to change the name listed in that property tab.

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\RegisteredOwner
