I have just found a very large old file full of recorded phone calls from when I used call recorder NOT ACR.
There seem to be over 5K calls.
This is probably what is clogging my phone.
How can I move them to computer then on to external memory device please.
    Regards.

Use the charging cable to attach the phone to the laptop. Open Windows Explorer and locate the folder on the phone. Move it to a USB stick also connected to the laptop. Or, if you don't have a spare USB port, move the folder to the laptop's desktop. Unhook the phone, plug in a USB stick and move the folder to the USB stick.

Have you tried copy/paste to your USB or computer and then delete them from your cellular phone.

Just had new reply from General Support. I'm using Firefox, GS is saying use Windows Explorer - could FF be a problem/
Also suggest ES File Explorer may be needed.
    Thank you all.
Didn't even have calculators when I was at school.

Yes, I know what you mean. I'm in my 70's and taught math(s). No calculators to figure out grades when I started teaching. My first calculator cost $100 and had to be plugged in. It could add, subtract, divide and multiply and had bright red numbers.

You should not need any browser, like Firefox to view files on your phone.

I don't use phone recorder so I can't tell you if they are locked or not.
