A novice has installed it here.
I need to eliminate it's home page hijack capabilities too.
I've done the uninstall through the program itself, but it's still causing headaches.

I found some instructions at microsoft.
Should I proceed with their instructions?
or is there a better way?

I would say yes. Usually the Microsoft articles are pretty good.. IF you follow the instructions to a T.
Incdedimail is a pain in the rear end.
