How do I Factory Reset a Packard Bell

I'm not sure if this still works on newer models; however, from a cold boot, you need to hold down the Alt key while mashing the F10 key. This should bring up the option to do the recovery. If not, please reply to this thread with the exact model of the machine.

The pc is " ixtreme M3730" as a model. However i looked for every single thing on youtube so i can repair it but it would only show it as if it was on laptop. I did hold alt while mashing the F10 and it bringed up something, like a command.
I may aswell buy a new pc but this one is so smoothe and i dont want to leave it.
