I want to start forwarding all email sent to my university address (which uses Lotus Notes, ver. 8) to a Gmail address. However, I can't seem to find where to do that. I think it's somewhere in 'Rules' maybe?

I will check when I get back to work in the morning. We use Lotus Notes.

    1. Open your mail database.
    2. Click on the Tools/Rules position in navigator on the left side.
    3. In Rules view click "New Rule" button.
    4. In new opened window choose in Create condition "All documents" value.
    5. Click "Add" button on the right side.
    6. In Specify action set "send copy to", "full" and specify address "to" send. Address you can choose from address book.
    7. Click "Add action" button.
    8. Click OK button.

Thanks, your directions worked great. However, I'm noticing only some of my e-mails are being forwarded. For example, if I get several e-mails from the same sender all within a couple minutes apart from each other, it only forwards one of them to my new address.
