How do I get back deleted Samsung phone photos and messages?

    Hello, friends. My Samsung Galaxy S3 android phone was formatted since it kept asking to format after being dropping to the ground. And, all my photos and messages on a 64GB Micro SD card were permanently deleted. How should I recover these deleted photos and messages? Honestly, after searching the related data loss troubles online, I just found many people suggest me to use deleted file recovery software, like http://www.piriform.com/recuva, http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/PhotoRec or http://www.icare-recovery.com/ , but, I only read about such data recovery software firstly and don’t which one of them is proper for my case. Have you ever experienced the similar problems? What should I do now? Thanks!
