How do I get rid of Works cannot open “C:/Users/Public/ Documents etc. The file may be in use by another application, the file format may not be supported by any of the installed converters , or the file may be corrupt.
    Please

What's the name of the file you're trying to open; specifically, the file extension?

Unfortunately, if it has been opening previously and doesn't now, it may actually be corrupt. Do you have any backups you can restore from to gain your data back?
