How do I make something like this?? - Graphics

    Hi,
    For a long time I have wanted to make graphics or pic whatever they are called.
    I have seen this site and I love the way the pic is done and this is how I would like mine to be done. If you can take a look, it is:

    You need an image editor with layers capability. Just offhand I would say the one with the faded image is the original background. The others were selected with a large amount of feathering and placed on the original. Then the left side and bottom were selected and heavily feathered after flattening the image. The aging marks were made with custom brushes – probably made by the user. It appears they were done in duotone and different layer options were used to vary the density.

    Adobe PhotoElements 2.0 will do the job and is much more user friendly, especially if you're just starting out.
