    :D Hi guys I'm BACK!

Thanks again for your attempts with my first problem!

Now to the NEW question, I just installed xp pro x64 edition.
On bootup I see the option for the first <corrupt> install AND the new one, can I move files & settings on the SAME pc from one os to another and then how do I remove the old problem os ????

If you are looking for the product ID key it is not located on the Windows XP install disk anywhere. Magicjellybean is for searching the hard drive for the key.

The old system that you want to profile from is it a 32-bit or 64-bit OS?

    You can try this:

There are both 64 bit os's, but one is partly corrupted.
But the same hardrives are in it same programs and settings so I'd like this new os install to connect to ALL the old info.
