How do i record videos with my webcam???

    i have an HP Mini 100e Education Edition (ENERGY STAR)

    i have no idea how to record videos with my laptop. i have a webcam and everything but i dont know.
    please help!! :)

    didnt know to record video with webcam,I just use as camera

    You need to have a video recording or video capture program installed on your computer. Not sure which program you will use, so the directions will be pretty generic.

    Make sure the webcam is turned on or enabled. Go into the program you are going to use, and make sure Video Device, or video source (or something alongs those lines), is set to your webcam. Then you should be able to press record or capture,

    All Windows OS's have Windows Movie Maker installed. In this case, you would open the program and click capture video, then it would prompt you for all the other options.
