how do i remove win32/adware.virtumonde.neo?

    hi. i need help please. i've been reading up on how to remove this virus that has somehow gotten into my system. i am currently using XP and have eset nod installed. it keeps saying that the object has been quarantined but notifications keep popping up and once in a while a warning pops up on my screen about a hundred virus infections and asks me to download a program to clean it.

    i have downloaded and run hijack this and have saved a logfile. it also opened a window that has options to delete a number of files..but i havent yet.. as warned. here are the contents :
