Hi, I've just noticed that when I start my personal computer ... the monitor just shows this message: DSUB power saving mode! What should I do to correct this?

The kids have been playing games on the internet ... and after the message was on the monitor!!!

Please do suggest any methods ... I want my computer back!!!

Hi Communicator123, and welcome to TSG

Is the cable between the monitor and cable firmly attached at both ends?

Does your monitor have multiple input connectors? If so, is there any chance the kids could have used the monitor's on screen menus to choose an unused VGA (uses a D-Sub connector) input? If so, you will need to go into the same menus to choose the correct input.
