How do i save flash movies?

Hello - Im new to this site and just wondering if anyone can help me regarding flash movies?
Ive found a website that holds 4 flash movies and im just trying to save them to my computer...if anyone can help me it would be very much appreciated. The site in question is http://www.neverstandstill.com/Video - thanks in adavnce

Save the page as "Web Page Complete". You save an HTML file PLUS a folder with all the stuff that is included in the web page. This should include the desired Flash movie as an SWF file. The main folder may include sub-folders. Search them all. Good luck.

You will also find the SWF file in your Temporary Internet Files.

I have been trying all evening to save them, thanks to both of you for your help - but since i posted this topic ive relaised that they arent flash files im trying to save at all - they are video streams that are embedded within a flas template.... its the video streams im trying to save....

Ive tried to use a cam grabber - but the 3 ive used record the picture ok but not the sound.... any ideas?

Mr Boi, i use Jet Audio (COWON) to record streaming music. It does video as well altho' I never tried it.
