I keep getting an error on my desktop that won't allow me to connect to the internet. The diagnostics tell me that specific ports are blocked because of a firewall. I have all firewalls disabled, and I still can't get the darn thing to connect.

The I-net connection is good because I can plug in my lap top and everything is fine.

Port numbers are Http ports, etc. I can provide more info if needed. :)

Even though it may appear you have the same problem, it is usually common courtesy to start your own thread so that peopole do not get confused on who is who helping who in a thread. It is not nice to Hijack someone esles thread.
