How Do I???????

    What I want to do is pass a value from a VB application to an excel spreadsheet and then have excel apply that filter to a spreadsheet full of data (the data will come froma a Access database).

    How Do I Do This???????

    Why not have the VB apply the filter to a database and then take the output and place it in an Excel spreadsheet.

    I don't know how to do this as I am new to VB could you explain how to do this please????
