How do they bypass mail washer & Preview programs

    Oh you technical wizards, here's one for you. Below is an email that is your typical spam. If I bought all they offfered me I'd be the Empire State Building by now. Anyway, this devious fellow has managed to get past the mail washer program I have in place.

    Is is just a mater of luck and timing, or is there something here that allows them to do so? I've had this happen several times in the past week or so.
