How do you monitor network traffic at home?

    There are loads of different free programs you can use to monitor network traffic. What type of traffic are you wanting to monitor?

    Any SOHO router (Linksys, D-Link, etc) can block sites based on entries your put into the setup.

    I'm just looking for a program that monitors what websites have been visited and such. Can you monitor downloads, too?
