    Just some thoughts on your build;
    1 Unless you intend to hard core overclock, you do not need liquid cooling. The stock intel hsf works fine.
    2 EVGA makes fine video cards not so with mb. Go with an asus or gigabyte board. I prefer gigabyte however that is personal preference; either will do fine.
    3 Make sure you buy the 64bit ver of win7 not the 32bit ver.
    4 I agree with Frank get a black series drive. Better warranty and better quality.

    You do understand that overclocking voids ALL warranties correct?

    Next I do not see a sound card listed in your first post. Is there a problem with the onboard sound on the mb?

    Yes i do know it voids all warranties.I just need a sound card to give me crispy clear sound and not let my onboard sound take the job.

    I have used a few of these and they work ok.

    I would highly recommend NOT installing all of the stuff on the support CD. Download the latest driver only from creative and install that. The creative software that comes with a card is buggy at best.

    FWIW I would really give the onboard sound a try before spending money on a sound card. I have a htpc that uses the onboard sound; rocks the windows when playing through the soundbar/sub woofer.
    If you do not like the onboard sound, it takes all of a few min to install a sound card.

    Right now ati has a better "bang for the buck"
    No one can guarantee you an overclock. Just because someone else achieved a given speed does NOT mean you can.

    Remember do not overclock with parts you cannot afford to replace. There is NO safe overclock
