how to add and display new languages in windows7 ?

hello guys..

I have asked before how to add a new language to the keyboard in windows7, and was added succefully, but there is a problem still exist.. I have some software programs with buttons that displaying some discription by estern language, and when turn on the program it cannot be displayed.. just appear as symbols and something unreadable, how can add this language and be displayed effectively to all programs that are installed on my laptop?

I think your talking about the Multilingual User Interface Pack, or (MUI) and that's only available in Ultimate and Enterprise. For more info go here --->How do I get additional display languages?
