How to authenticate the mails I am sending to my users

I am using Godaddy cPanel to host my website. Also using PHP mailer to send out transactional mails , but when my users receive the mail , Gmail shows them a question mark as the logo....how can I authenticate my mails in Godaddy?

There is a way that can be used for emails, not just with GoDaddy emails. That is to use PGP. It creates 2 encryption keys, a public one and a private one. The public one is available for anybody to use. The private one is the one you keep secret. When you sign your message with your Private key, the receiver can verify your signature using your Public key.
There is another use for PGP, and that is for sending encrypted emails. When you wish to send an email that only the receipient can read, you use his/her Public key to encrypt it. Then only the proper recipient using his/her Private key can decrypt the message.
