tried looking everywhere but cant find the setting for changing the quality of the print
    print quality
    like draft, standard, high, etc

can change the orientation and type of paper and colour or mono but no option to change quality

dont want to go the computer to which the printer is connected to change the quality everytime i need to print.

Google provides an API interface for printer manufactures to use when they create a Google Cloud Print service for their printers. If they do not implement a particular feature, (such as adjusting print quality), the printer manufacturer is the one that needs to resolve the issue.

As mentioned above, adding the ability to change "print quality" is up to your printer manufacturer.
