My new Laptop (Dell Inspiron N4050) was given to the service centre for replacement of HardDisk as the same was affected in the initial days(as reported by the dealer). They booked thro' Toll free. After 5 days , they returned my laptop. At that time, I found so many Scratches in the top and also the Battery's lasting power has reduced. Now, how can I verify that the Battery and the other Configurations are the same as the original one? Using the Service Tag , I was able to find the original Configurations only. Current Configurations couldn't be found due to technical error.Also, how can i find that the Battery is the original one?. expecting valuable replies.
