Can We Just use command netstats to check someting ?
If do ,HOW to .
If don't ,any others good methods?

The problem with using netstat -a is you won't be able to make much sense of the results unless you investigate every port you see open and the application that is using it or already know what to look for.

Best to rely on a good antivirus scan or a firewall to intercept outgoing attempts to connect to the internet. You can also give us a copy/paste of a Hijackthis Scanlog, we can see most malicious applications by looking at it.
