I have a TIF file image with some text in a table that I need to make into an Excel (or Word) i.e. text must be able to be edited so it can't just be an image in Excel or Word. I am using a MAC. I don't want to type everything into Excel or Word. I need to have this done in the next couple days and would prefer to have a quick way to do this over the weekend :).

    Thanks guys!

Hi. Thanks for the quick response. No I do not have One Note. I am attaching the images that I copied into a single WORD doc (since I couldn't directly attach TIF files here). I need all of this text in Excel format please.

You might want to try replacing text and searching for OCR errors ...
    like i for 1 ... and o for 0 ....
I've had really good accuracy with one note.

    Hi again,

So it seems you did not convert the first page on my original document. ''The S2 TABLE''. Can you please help with that? Also, if you are able to put the OCR conversions into Excel like you did for the one page that would be awesome. Hope it is not too much to ask. It is just that I am not quick at this stuff and I have a deadline. Thanks so much!

The ''S3 Table'' is done twice if you look at the doc files

Thanks! I managed to complete the transfer to Excel by copy/pasting today. This saved me a lot of hours of typing! Is there a way to write a review for this site or give you or the site 5 stars??
