How to create a mobile website?

If you develop the site using current web standards compliant (X)HTML and CSS, you can use a mobile targeted stylesheet to handle the mobile devices.

Also, the Opera browser has a "Small screen" viewing mode you can use to preview your page with a width similar to some mobile devices. This can be a "quick and dirty" way to test a layout without having to actually use the mobile device. If you can conveniently test with your mobile device (like if it's connected to your LAN), then that's the best way to test. :)

It's a good idea to use a mobile targeted stylesheet to handle the mobile devices. maybe it is useful to my website!;)

you should go through Google webmaster tools there you can find tools available for developers of mobile content
