How to create a rule in Outlook 2010 to delete duplicate emails?

    They are receipts they are filtered into a specific folder but I get multiple copies because they are sent to multiple people.. I just wanted to get rid of the excess.

    Hmmm.....maybe you could create a rule for that address in its entierty that you want to keep and filter the remainder with another rule to go to deleted items folder. Are these for different email accounts coming into the same mailbox? If the latter is the case you can set up delivery to different inboxes for each unique account.
