    Hi tech guys,

I was checking the recent laptops and their specifications to buy one, I came through the below spec. in which to define the processor speed,
what I knew so far is something like 2.00 GHz, 1,7 GHz, 2,3GHz etc, easy figures to understand since I bought the last laptop about 6 years ago,

I need to understand these (i5-xxxx) or (i7-xxxx) it's clear that (i7) is the recent one, but what the are the digits following the (i7) and the next alphabet such as (M), (U) or (QM) what do these imply? or how to configure which is the recent or the fastest one by these digits? look in below:

    01) intel Core i5-3210M
    02) intel Core i5-3317U.
    03) intel Core i5-3517U
    04) intel Core i7-3517U
    05) intel Core i7-3612QM
    06) intel Core: i3-3110M
    07) intel Core: i7-3610QM = (2.3 GHz, Up to 3,3 L3 cache 6MB)
    08) 3rd Core: i7-3630QM (2.4 GHz turboboot up to 3,40 GHz 6MB L3cache)
    09) intel Core: i7-3630QM (2.4 GHz, 6MB L3 cache)
    10) intel Core: i7-3610QM (2.3 GHz)

I will be very much thankful and appreciate to provide me some idea about the above,
    Thanks and regards
