Yesterday, I started to get an ad interfering with my homepage. When I try to read a news article, this ad jumps in. I can't find any place on the ad to delete it. I'm using Win 10 and IE 11. There is a contact email address, but when I tried to contact the ad source, the email could not be delivered. This is the address where this ad is coming from:

How can I get rid of this ad?
Thanks.
