Welcome to TSG. This is to let you know that I've deleted the other thread that you posted in the General Security forum and moved this one from the All Other Software forum to the Hardware forum.

Please do not start more than one thread for the same issue. Thanks for understanding.

adding extension cable
Exactly what extension?
Next you do understand that your motherboard uses a business chipset ie it is not really intended for gaming.
28gigs ddr3 ram
This makes me think there is/are mis-matched ram since it is not possible to have a 14gig chip. Post the exact ram you are running.

Start by running memtest for at least 1hr. If there are no errors, then your memory is probably ok.
https://www.memtest.org/

Next what are your temps and voltages; specifically cpu temp, 12V, 5V, and 3.3V values? Here is a link to the support page for your board;
https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Fatal1ty b85 Killer/#Support
Download and install the F-stream utility. Use that to monitor temps and voltages.
Post the temps/voltages twice. Once under a normal load and also while running a stress test ie prime95 or OCCT. Let the stress test run for at least 2min to stabilize temps and voltages.

i already tried cleaning, adding thermal paste
BTW if you did this with the board still in the case, there is a very good chance you did not get the cooler installed correctly.

so what im gonna do is install not the latest driver which is 19.12.1 made on december 19 2019, because someone tried doing that also and it was fixed. and everytime i remove my gpu everything seems to be fine.

and the game that im playing doesnt require that much of performance it`s just a low graphic game named rules of survival.

That alone can be your problem; different size ram. Have you run memtest? When you post ram, you post as follows; corsair xxx123 or whatever model# There are a LOT of ram chips and you need to make sure the ram is on the approved or qvl list for your motherboard.
An extension is used only when whatever you are connecting is not long enough. Never use one just to use one.
You have not answered; did you R&R the cooler with the board still in the case?
You have not posted your temps and voltages.

You go to the link provided and make a bootable usb drive. Boot the system with the usb and run memtest.
You still need to post your temps and voltages.

How exactly did you make the bootable use?
You do understand that you must either access the quick boot menu for your motherboard OR change the boot order in the bios correct?

If you want to find the problem, you need to test in a systematic manner. Failure to do so quite often results in spending a lot of money until you find the problem. Testing the memory is one of the first things you do AND it costs nothing to test. Next being monitoring temps and voltages.
