Bold_Fortune stated it's safe to delete all KB .cat files; however, there's an error entry in the dberr.txt log for every one that I deleted.

Do I need to reinstall the KB Hotfixes since I deleted their corresponding KB .cat files?

Are KB .cat files important, or is this just Microsoft's XP complaining there's a problem that really isn't a problem?

Never mind. I figured it out by myself.
