How to fix this error

It's trying to migrate the user data.

Go to Start > Run > type NETPLWIZ and press OK. This will show all the profiles (logins) on the computer. iF you have any that shows unknown, remove them and try again.

i have only one admin account but still stuck in this error. shows only one account.

I will look into this further. Please make sure you back up your documents that you may need to do an upgrade without migration.
