How to installing xp from network without NIC?

    How to installing xp from the network without network card? is there a way?

    OK so I missed one part of the post. I do aplogize for my error. I do have an appointment for remedial reading classes down at the local school for a refresher course. I think I need it....

    Thanks guys. But I heard there is a floppy disk for this situation to allow this computer to access to the local network as a temporary network driver. Is that right?

    And where would you plug the network cable in ? It just makes no sense at all ...

    sorry, what I mean that there is a network card in the computer but there is no network driver and no OS, and I want to installing xp from a share folder over the network

    Then you have to create a network boot disk. There are several tutorials on the web, but I've never gone through the creation process from scratch. Last I checked, it's not as simple as a one-file download like a boot CD. At the very least you need to know something about the topology and configuration of the network.
