Hello guys

I designed some graphics and inserted some shapes, pictures into an word office to be printed on A4 size paper, but, whenever I do the printing process, the printer does not accept the margin till 0,
so the whole text became demolished,
I tried other way to convert the Word file to PDF format, again some shapes went out of where I arranged them to be,

I need to print the document as I set it, is there any other solution of how to get the current settings locked and print the document as it was designed?
Appreciate any soonest feedback,
Best regards.

Most printers have a NO print zone along each edge of the paper.
So if you are trying to print to the very edge of the paper, then NO you will not be able to do this.

Thanks for the feedback Dave
The document is a brochure design alike,
Why printers can print a picture file with fill landscape size even at zero margin,
Or should try another software that can do the job?
I'm not here to debate about what printers can do? Or not?
Just need a solution would be highly appreciated ,

Regards

It is a hardware issue, this blank area along the sides is where the paper is gripped to make it flow through the printer.

Can you print a picture to the edge using this printer?

What is the make and model of this printer?

It is a Printer issue as DAveA said. If the hardware doesn't do it no software can force it.
Professionally printed brochures will have had the unprintable margins guillotined off.
