No it is unconnected with the installation/transfer of the OS to an SSD
The recovery partition is what loads the recovery means on the troubleshooting options etc
The 100MB is the EFI partition and the partition lettered C is the OS etc
and the OEM partition also titled recovery is the Original Equipment Manufacturer Dell Lenovo etc restore to factory condition partition

What size if the SSD - capacity
If you wish to move all that is on disk0 to the SSD than the SSD must be equal too or greater than the used space on the Disk0 hard drive
I cannot see the free space on the partition lettered C on your image

If the SSD is smaller than the used space then you cannot clone the hard drive to the SSD which is the best way to do the job
See this

AOMEI Partition Assistant Standard is a free OS migration tool that enables you to transfer Windows 10 to SSD

any questions please ask

My colleague as you can see likes Acronis
I do not it is IMHO not as easy to use as the one I have attached

However many people do use Acronis and the choice is of course yours
