Most sad mfg have cloning software available. Samsung, intel, WD, all have this option. If you have a sad without a cloning program, use acronis true image to clone the drive.
No it is unconnected with the installation/transfer of the OS to an SSD
The recovery partition is what loads the recovery means on the troubleshooting options etc
The 100MB is the EFI partition and the partition lettered C is the OS etc
and the OEM partition also titled recovery is the Original Equipment Manufacturer Dell Lenovo etc restore to factory condition partition
What size if the SSD - capacity
If you wish to move all that is on disk0 to the SSD than the SSD must be equal too or greater than the used space on the Disk0 hard drive
I cannot see the free space on the partition lettered C on your image
