    Hi,
Does anyone have a link to a Mozilla forum specifically where you can start a new thread, i.e. post a new problem/question? Either Mozilla, Firefox, or Thunderbird.
    Thanks,
    Andynic

    Thanks for your reply.
I've tried that link and the links within that page, but nowhere do I see a place/button/link that allows me to start a new thread, i.e. post my question as I do on Tech Support Guy. It just goes from page to page where you can "search" existing threads but nowhere where you can ask a specific question by starting a new thread.

I do have a Firefox account and when I go to the link above, I am signed in (my userid appears in the upper right corner).

I'm not sure what you mean. I have an account for Firefox support. Please see attached screenshot.png
