Check the underside first. There might be a little panel that pops off when two or three screws are removed. The panel would say RAM or Memory on it. Otherwise you have to do some extra work. I know how to do it, but I'm not very good at explaining things in words. It isn't very difficult though. The keyboard is physically attached to the computer with a couple of screws and then a ribbon connector. Remove those items and the keyboard is free. In order to get to the screws that hold the keyboard on you usually have to pop off part of the keyboard. Its like the piece of plastic that covers the hinges...Hard for me to explain.
