How to Remove Write Protection on Flash Drive

I have looked up and tried a few ways to remove "Write Protection" and yet still has no effect :(

    Ways I've tried

    1:Diskpart (Windows) Disable
    2:Registry Adjustment (Windows)

    Still no luck :(

    Please help?

What is the brand and model of the flash drive? Does it have a physical lock switch on it? Has it ever worked and where was it bought? Do you need any data off it?

I have no idea what brand it is...and if it even has a brand

No physical lock switch on it

Yeah worked perfectly fine till I bumped the computer while I was trying to transfer files and then went into write protect mode and I purchased the flash drive from "Aliexpress.com"

No I don't need any files

it's a bit of a hassle and you may end up bricking your flash drive. first you need to download a tool called chipgenius, it will tell you lots of info about your drive, the particular bit you want is the make and model of controller chip. if it is made by either SMI or Phison you are in luck, as these are two of the most popular flash controller chip makers, and there a plenty of tools to do what you need with them. i will walk you through it, but once again, your drive may get bricked!

P.S. to get the same info you can take apart the drive and look at the stamp on the controller chip, it's the small square one.

I gave the link to chipgenius in post #3 and the blog also listed all the tools that did not work.
