How do I save the settings for Firefox?
They took ages to establish & I know how easily any further tweaking might mess things up & require hours of trial & error to restore.
Guidance requested for intermediate PC skill level.
    Thanks,
    Peter O

I don't know if you can within Firefox itself. If you want to save bookmarks there is a way; but other than copying the fire fox file and pasting it over an installation of the same update of Firefox on another comp, I don't how you can save the settings.

    or if that would work

I don't know the sys or w/e they are saved in if you want to save those specifically, maybe someone else does.

make a img disc of your hard drive? and back it up
    That would do it technically.
