How to save my pc from CURRENT fluctuations

    Operating system..ram installed..exact problem etc.

    If you're talking about the power, a quality UPS is the best investment. I have all the machines here on UPS systems, as well as my NAS, TiVo, and media server.

    I have both of my desktops and my TV/stereo unit all plugged in to their own "APC" 725VA battery-backup unit. If the electricity flickers for a few seconds or goes out completely for a few minutes, everything keeps humming right along.(y)
