How to see a list of active ports on a network

hi.
i have a dlink dir 841.
all devices at home use wifi.
is there any app preferably portable or if no even if i need to install its ok.
i want to see a list of used ports on a network.

There is a well known program exactly for this, it's used for pen testing:
https://nmap.org

You'll have to be careful how you use it, (ex. only for personal research), scanning someone's network over the internet could be costly (ex. ISP dropping your internet connection)

If you mean a list of IPs used by devices on your network, and what devices are given that IP, I use this small "portable" program https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/wireless_network_watcher.html
Download the zip version. All you have to do is click on the exe file in the unzipped result and it runs with no installation.
It shows the router and all computers, android, tablets, phone and wireless printers that are on and assigned an IP.
