Does anyone know if this is possible?
I do know how to set a folder on it's own with the Desktop.ini code, but it would be forever tedious trying to do that through every folder, and then every new folder that comes up in the future.

I used a similar method, but yes. How would i get that to set a default picture across all file folders though?
Edit: Tried that program and it didn't work,or i wasn't using it right....
