I am wondering how I would set up a password for my wireless internet so I can stop my neighbors from using it. Any help would be great! Thanks!

Login to your router, navigate to the wireless section and set the encryption (or security) mode. Preferably use WPA-PSK. Use a 8+ character passphrase of upper and lower case letters and numbers mixed (no dictionary words). If you have to use WEP that will still keep most people out. If necessary consult your user manual for specifics.
