If I plug the ipod to my pc (I have windows XP Pro), it will
appear as a drive in windows explorer.
Can I simply drag and drop my mp3 files to the ipod drive through
windows explorer (with no need of software such as itunes, anapod, ephod..etc).
If the answer is YES, my concern is the following: the mp3 files that
I will drag and drop to the ipod drive are organized into
directories and subdirectories. If I select them all and drop
them to the ipod drive, can I still browse my mp3s through
their directories/subdirectories but from the ipod?
..and of course play my mp3s from my ipod?

Notice: I heard that I can drag and drop files but with itunes...but I
want to know if I can do it without itunes.

PS: I am going to buy an ipod 20GB 4th gen next week,
and found confusing using itunes, ephod or anaphod, since all
I want is transferring all my mp3s from my hard drive to my ipod!
