    If a computer is looking to boot from anything starting with PXE as your screenshot shows, that means it can't find any bootable device (like a hard drive, CD, DVD or USB stick) and is trying to boot from a networked computer. If you computer is not part of a business network, it refuses to boot,

    Go into the BIOS and see if your hard drive is listed there.

    If not, open the computer and check the cable attaching the hard drive to the motherboard.
