How to track speed sent to various devices

    Hello,
    I have my playstation3 connected to my internet via Wifi, I am downloading a game. But i need to know at what speed is it downloading.
    The router is connected to my pc via Lan, Is there anything i can do to track the speed sent to all the devices conected over Wifi and Lan?
    Should i connect playstation3 over LAN for better speed??
