My grandparents have a really old Windows NT computer and they want to get a new one with Windows 10. My only question is how can I transfer the old files on their computer to the new one? I think that a lot of external drives would be incompatable and my grandparents don't have the internet. How can I do this?

See if their computer has a USB slot. USB became widely available in 1998. Then see if it works with a USB memory stick.
