    hi frnds...
    ths s vetri. i m new user.i m having two xp os in my home pc.How to uninstall unwanted one,which s in D drive.... please help me frnds.....

    Loging in with the windows other than the one in the D drive and then format the D drive. This is the short cut which you can perform.

    Welcome to TSG....

    The best way and shortest way to accomplish this is to backup all of the important data that you have to another media like CD-R's, DVD or other media that you prefer using just as long as the data is off the hard drive so it can not be destroyed, then as anand1 said to format the Drive D:\ but with one other thing after the formatting is done you insert the recovery disk and do a clean install with formatting drive C: and make sure the install program actually is set to install on Drive C:\, then do all of the windows updates and install all of the programs and you are all set.
