How to update or change

My graphic settings? How do I know which is the best for my computer? I tried playing Counter Strike: Condition Zero, but it was laggy I didn't even get to enjoy the game. For one, I know it's because I'm using an laptop, a ****** one to be exact.

Is there any in-game options I can possibly set up? Better yet, what can I do to my computer to make my gaming better.

I forgot to mention that I'm using an Acer Extensa 4420.

The problem you may have there is that the video card may be using all of the 800MB of video from your RAM, which can cause slowness. However I think CS:CZ is old enough to work on that machine.
